How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple:

  • Click "Login / Sign Up" in the top right
  • Enter your email and create a password
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile to start using SmartJobApply

Is SmartJobApply really free?

Yes! Our Basic plan is free forever and includes:

  • Job search across multiple boards
  • Save up to 50 jobs
  • Track up to 50 applications
  • Basic job alerts

Upgrade to Pro, Premium, or Enterprise for advanced features like auto-apply and unlimited tracking.

Do I need to install anything?

The core platform works entirely in your browser - no installation needed!

For auto-fill features, we offer an optional browser extension that makes applying to jobs even faster. It's available for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

How does auto-apply work?

Auto-apply automatically submits job applications on your behalf:

  • Complete your profile with your information
  • Set your job preferences and criteria
  • Enable auto-apply for matching jobs
  • We'll submit applications using your profile data

You stay in control - review and approve settings before we apply.

What is AI Match Score?

AI Match Score analyzes how well a job matches your profile:

  • 80-100%: Excellent match - highly recommended
  • 60-79%: Good match - worth considering
  • 40-59%: Fair match - may require additional skills
  • Below 40%: Low match - significant gaps

The score considers your skills, experience, location preferences, and job requirements.

Can I track applications from other sites?

Yes! You can manually add any job application to track in your dashboard, even if you applied directly on a company website or other job board.

How do job alerts work?

Job alerts notify you when new jobs match your criteria:

  • Create custom alerts with specific keywords, locations, and filters
  • Choose email frequency (instant, daily, or weekly)
  • Set minimum match score requirements
  • Receive notifications for relevant opportunities

Billing & Subscriptions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card information.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
